SACRED SHIPIBO MEDICINE RETREAT- COTTAGE

JULY  24th - 28th, 2025

Parry Sound, ON

ABOUT THE RETREAT

Immerse yourself in an intimate weekend retreat centred around the beautiful shamanic plant medicine from the Shipibo Conibo and Maya Tribe. Join us at our cottage in Parry Sound, on Parry Island; a First Nations native reserve. The sacredness of this land makes it the perfect setting for healing and transformation.

Working in a small group of five during the retreat allows for deeper collaboration and more personalized communication. It also fosters trust and stronger team bonding, leading to more effective outcomes.

Experience 3 shamanic Shipibo ceremonies, flower baths by the lake, cacao exfoliation, flower baths, guided meditations, and so much more!

A Little Bit About the sacred plant medicine Shipibo Conibo..

  • Ayahuasca is a powerful plant medicine traditionally used by Indigenous peoples of the Amazon for spiritual and healing purposes. It is a brew made from two primary plants: Banisteriopsis caapi (a vine) and Psychotria viridis (a leaf containing the psychedelic compound DMT). The combination allows the psychoactive effects of DMT to be orally active, leading to intense visionary experiences.

  • The effects of ayahuasca are often described as deeply introspective, emotional, and spiritual. Many who take it report gaining insights into their lives, healing past traumas, or connecting with a higher consciousness. Ceremonies are typically guided by experienced shamans or healers who use songs (icaros), rituals, and protective practices to navigate the spiritual dimensions safely.

  • Though increasingly known in the West, ayahuasca remains a sacred and mystical medicine, revered as a teacher and a gateway to the spirit world. Indigenous traditions view it as a living consciousness—an ancient spirit that guides, heals, and reveals hidden truths. Participants often describe encounters with divine beings, ancestral spirits, or cosmic realms, emerging with a profound sense of connection to the universe, nature, and their own soul. The experience is seen not merely as a journey, but as a ceremony of awakening, cleansing, and transformation guided by the intelligence of the plant itself.

A Little Bit About the Sacred plant medicine Maya tribe..

  • Cacao is the main ingredient to make CHOCOLATE (the world's favourite food). Ceremonial cacao is RAW and unprocessed, and considered a TEACHING PLANT, with a spirit to connect to (and therefore a SACRED MASTER PLANT MEDICINE).
  • Cacao has been used ceremonially through Indigenous communities for thousands of years to connect to your heart
  • The ceremonial intake of Cacao is a powerful Meditation of Love, which strengthens and awakens us to a deeper relationship with our inner Self, with others, with the planet and with All That Is.
  • When pure cacao is combined with your spiritual practice, you can expect accelerated Inner Awakening and creative guidance.
