Engaging in a plant medicine dieta is a time for you to journey deeper into the layers of your consciousness. It creates space for you unravel and release emotional patterns and traumas that could be holding you back from expanding your vibration.
Dieta #1: Exploring Plant Medicine Dieta
(4 weeks)
Focus on healing with an introduction to the Sacred Plant.
This Dieta includes:
- 4 ceremonies: 3 in group, 1 individual
- 1 sound bath
- 3 guidance calls
- Additional goodies include: white sage, palo santo, and a personalized essential oil.
Diet #2: Shamanic Plant Medicine Dieta
(6 weeks)
Focus on healing deep trauma and creating a spiritual connection.
This Dieta includes:
- 3 private cacao ceremonies
- 3 group sessions (New Moon + Full Moon + sound bath with cacao blessing to prep body & integrate)
- 1 group sound bath and guided meditation
- 6 weeks of Dieta commitment, 1 week prep, 1 week maintenance after.
- 6 Guidance calls with Laetitia
- 21 Day Guided Meditation program
- Additional goodies include: white sage, palo santo, and a personalized essential oil

Focused on supporting you to connect directly with the Plant
This program includes:
- 2 Dietas with Shaman Laetitia (6 weeks each Dieta)
- Minimum 3 months between both Dietas (max 6 months-1 year)
- Max 3 months after 2nd Dieta, call with Laetitia to support you to facilitate your own Plant Ceremony
- Includes 3 private Plant Ceremonies with Shaman Laetitia (for each Dieta)
- 3 group sessions for each Dieta (New Moon + Full Moon + sound baths with Plant blessing to prep body & integrate)

Laetitia's Journey with Cacao
I was born in France into a gourmet family with a father who was a pastry chef. I discovered my passion for Cacao, at a very young age; I was barely walking according to my mother! Of course, I preferred chocolate more than pure Cacao at that age, but the connection was made! The more I grew, the more I cultivated a passion for this incredible medicinal plant.
When I arrived in Peru, I started to learn about Cacao. I discovered that the Amazonian Quechua tribe uses it in cooking their sacred drink, Ayahuasca. It is more prevalent in the tribes of Central America who use it alone. When I arrived in Tarapoto in Peru, I was surprised to discover that Cacao grows in this region thanks to the altitude and climate. I started to diet Cacao in the Shipibo Conibo tradition. Afterwards I decided to go to Mexico and learn from the Mayan Shamans; to guide me and teach me the rituals of Cacao in its sacred use.
It has helped me on my journey of healing, transformation, gratitude, and learning. Additionally, Cacao has healed my heart, self-love, gives morning discipline and a connection of the Divine and Mayan cosmology.
Now, I honor these teachings by sharing my passion for Cacao and imparting the teachings of rituals and use of this sacred medicinal plant.
