What is an Integration Circle?

After a sacred plant medicine journey—psychedelic or non-psychedelic—the experience does not end when the ceremony closes. Integration is the living bridge between the wisdom received and the way we walk in the world. Our Integration Circle is a safe, sacred heart-centered space to gently revisit your experience, listen deeply, and allow insights to settle into meaning. Through shared presence, mindful reflection, and compassionate witnessing, the circle supports the unfolding of clarity, grounding, and inner alignment.

Held monthly and lasting approximately one hour, this free gathering honors the sacredness of each person’s path. You are invited to speak, to listen, or simply to be held in silence—whatever feels true for you. In community, the teachings of the medicine are nurtured, helping transform fleeting visions into embodied understanding, emotional balance, and conscious action. This circle is an offering of devotion and care, supporting integration as a sacred practice that continues long after the journey itself.

Benefits of an Integration Circle

  • Provides a safe, non-judgmental space to share and be witnessed
  • Helps ground and make sense of psychedelic or sacred experiences
  • Supports emotional regulation and nervous system balance
  • Transforms insights into practical, embodied change
  • Reduces feelings of isolation or post-journey confusion
  • Encourages clarity, self-awareness, and inner alignment
  • Strengthens integration through community, reflection, and ritual
  • Honors the experience as a sacred, ongoing process rather than a single event

What to expect during an Integration Circle

Our monthly Integration Circle is a one-hour, donation-free gathering devoted to mindful listening, gentle sharing, and spiritual anchoring. The circle is open to everyone, including those who sat with sacred medicine in other spaces or with other facilitators.

Held in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental container, it supports participants in weaving their experiences into daily living—relationships, purpose, emotional balance, and spiritual alignment. Whether your journey was subtle or expansive, recent or long past, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Guided with care and deep respect for the sacred, this circle invites remembrance, embodiment, and integration through silence, inquiry, and community connection. Together, we honor the medicine, the teachings, and the ongoing path of awakening—knowing that integration itself is a living ceremony, one that continues to unfold long after the plants have spoken.

Some examples of guided experiences are guided meditations, sound journeys, spirit animal retrieval, and sharing circle.

The general arc of the circle is there is some sort of opening and setting of the container, a shared group experience, and then a closing where you give thanks, and acknowledge what the group created during that time.

Of course you're welcome to join with a cacao cup or favorite tea...

Meet Your Hosts

Curandera Laetitia “Chononsoi”

Laetitia began her path in traditional Amazonian medicine in 2010, undertaking multiple long-term plant diets while immersed in the Peruvian Amazon. She studied with several Shipibo shamans, becoming deeply familiar with Amazonian and European plant teachers, and is officially recognized as an Onanya by the Shipibo association. She continues her shamanic research and plant medicine studies in Peru, while also exploring her relationship with Canadian plants.

Laetitia lived eight years in South America—seven years in the jungles of Peru and one year with Mayan communities in Mexico—refining her healing techniques within Shipibo communities and various medicine centers. In 2015, she co-founded a Shamanic Healing Center specializing in Amazonian plant medicine in Tarapoto, Peru. She now leads Shipibo, Cacao, and CBD retreats in Peru and internationally.

In 2018, Laetitia founded WOLFPAC and currently practices in Erin, Ontario, Canada. A certified Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, she works with vibrational healing through sound and plant frequencies. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy from Vancouver Island University, with a mission to bridge Western medicine and traditional ceremonial practices to support deep healing.

Laetitia is devoted to guiding others toward happiness, self-love, and unconditional positive regard, and supports several foundations through a percentage of her fees and product sales.
