What Sacred Plant Medicine will support us?

3 sacred plants Medicine: The Andean, the Amazonian and the Mayan ones.

About Ayahuasca, Sacred Amazonian Medicine

Ayahuasca is a traditional Amazonian plant preparation held sacred by the Shipibo and other Indigenous peoples. Passed down through generations, it is used within healing and spiritual traditions, guided by experienced practitioners and ceremonial songs.
Often regarded as a teacher of medicine, Ayahuasca can invite deep self-reflection and bring emotions, memories, and patterns into awareness. Its effects can be intense, and each person’s journey is unique.
Within ceremony, participants may experience a meaningful connection with nature, their inner world, and a sense of the sacred. These experiences can offer new perspectives and opportunities to explore personal change with compassion.
Preparation, attentive support, and integration are essential parts of this journey. Time for rest and reflection helps participants make sense of their experiences and consider how to carry their insights into daily life.
Participation requires medical and mental-health screening, including a review of medications and supplements, because Ayahuasca carries significant risks and is unsuitable for some people. Healing or transformation cannot be guaranteed.

About Cacao, The Mayan sacred one.

Cacao, often referred to as the "food of the gods," is a powerful sacred plant medicine with deep spiritual and healing properties. Used for centuries in indigenous rituals across Central and South America, cacao is revered for its heart-opening qualities and its ability to facilitate emotional healing and clarity. Unlike other plant medicines, cacao is gentle yet deeply transformative, offering a unique experience of emotional release, increased creativity, and connection to the divine. The medicine works by stimulating the release of endorphins and serotonin, which enhance feelings of joy, love, and gratitude. During ceremonies, cacao invites participants to engage with their heart space, fostering a profound sense of inner peace, compassion, and unity with others. It is a medicine of awakening, helping individuals connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them, while promoting healing on both physical and emotional levels.
When pure cacao is combined with your spiritual practice, you can expect accelerated Inner Awakening and creative guidance.

About Coca, Sacred Plant of the Andes

Coca is a sacred plant deeply rooted in the spiritual and cultural traditions of Indigenous Andean peoples. Honoured across generations, its leaves hold an important place in prayer, offerings, and community life. In many Andean traditions, coca is offered to Pachamama, Mother Earth, and the Apus, the sacred mountain spirits, as an expression of gratitude, respect, and reciprocity.
Within these traditions, coca leaves accompany moments of reflection, ceremonial guidance, and connection with the land. Their significance reaches beyond the plant itself, reminding us to nurture our relationships with nature, our community, and the ancestors whose knowledge continues to guide these practices.
Approached with reverence and guidance from local tradition holders, a coca offering invites us to pause, listen, and bring intention to our journey—a meaningful opportunity to express gratitude and honour the living heritage of the Andes.
