About Psilocybin Mushroom Medicine.
Psilocybin, the sacred essence within the “teacher mushrooms,” is one of nature’s most profound allies for inner transformation and spiritual awakening.

About Cacao...
Cacao, often referred to as the "food of the gods," is a powerful sacred plant medicine with deep spiritual and healing properties. Used for centuries in indigenous rituals across Central and South America, cacao is revered for its heart-opening qualities and its ability to facilitate emotional healing and clarity.
Unlike other plant medicines, cacao is gentle yet deeply transformative, offering a unique experience of emotional release, increased creativity, and connection to the divine. The medicine works by stimulating the release of endorphins and serotonin, which enhance feelings of joy, love, and gratitude.
During ceremonies, cacao invites participants to engage with their heart space, fostering a profound sense of inner peace, compassion, and unity with others. It is a medicine of awakening, helping individuals connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them, while promoting healing on both physical and emotional levels.

We will have 2 ceremonies to opening and closing and daily cacao blessing ritual.
Adorable little town and community
We will experience this beach town, Sesimbra, the time of our stay. From golden beaches and dramatic cliffs to lively streets.
A picturesque fishing town set in a sheltered bay, was founded on the hilltop around the Moorish castle. It's a mystical, charming and soul-reviving journey in the Coastal Mountains to wake up our souls.
We will visit Cascais and SIntra as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
What will we be doing during these 10days in Portugal
Each day, we will experience the following deep connection to Mother Earth, and to our Self, through the following events, rituals, and ceremonies:

4 Shamanic Ceremonies, Daily Cacao Circles; Shamanic Flower Bath, Cacao scrub, Tree Ceremony, Offering & Food Blessing Ceremonies, Earth Grounding, Daily meditations, Gratitudes exercices, Singing, Movement exercise, walking in the nature, Sharing circle, Connection to those sacred places and their civilations by visiting the temple and museum.
- We will be making group intentional and devotional offerings to the land to give back to Mother Earth what she gives to us and for the next generations could have acces to the medicine.
- We will be in Lisbon for 2 days to visit and taking energy from this vibrant town.
- Michael will offer one osteopathy treatment to help to embody the experience during the retreat.

Meet Your Hosts
Curandera, Laetitia "Chononsoi"
Laetitia began studying traditional Amazonian medicine in 2010 followed by several long traditional diets immersed in the Amazon rainforest. She studied with different Shipibo Shamans in Europe and Peru becoming familiar with many Amazonian and European plant teachers. Now Canadian as well.
She lived 8 years in South America, in the jungles of Peru for 7 years, as well 1 year with the Mayan tribes in Mexico, over the years improving her techniques in traditional medicine in community Shipibo and in different Centres of Medicine. She is reconized "Onanya" by the Shipibo association. She also continues her Shamanic research and plant medicine studies in Peru.
She also co-founded a Shamanic Healing Center, specializing in Amazonian plants, in Tarapoto, Peru in 2015. Laetitia is leading several Shipibo, Cacao and CBD retreat groups in Peru and around the world. In 2018 She founded WOLFPAC and now she pratices in Erin, ON. She is dedicated to helping people find happiness and unconditional love.
As a certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer, she uses different instrument for working with the vibration of the body.
She is certified Psychedelic Assistant Therapy. Her goals is to align and create a bridge between the western medicine and traditional ceremonies to support people in their journey.
She supports a few foundation through a percentage of her fees and product sales.

Michael "Birin Soi" D.O. (MP)
Michael is an Osteopath who has dedicated his entire 30 plus year career to the services of others. Michael teaches Osteopathy internationally and works at a respected psychiatric hospital.
Michael’s current passion is in field of Cranial Osteopathy, made popular under the term “Cranial Sacral Therapy". This can be defined as “a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal area with the goal to awaken the body's own self-healing potential”.
Michael is currently an apprentice of the traditional Shipibo plant medicines and believes the fusion of these medicine will lead to greater understand of healing.
He is the co-founded of WOLFPAC and facilitate with Laetitia, his wife, ceremonies in Erin, ON.
He is certified Psychedelic Assistant Therapy and his goals is to support people in their healing journey to align body, mind and Spirit.

What's NOT included in this magical retreat?
There are costs not including for this retreat, which have been divided:
1. 🌺 Flights: for these specific dates of the retreat, depending on the departure city and also if you prefer direct or with a stop. You need to think as well if you would like to visit another site in Peru like Cusco and Machu Picchu. Laetitia can advise you on that .

3. 🌺 Food, snacks, tips, personal purchases:
These are all extra and you will be responsible for paying these along the way, on our retreat. Breakfast is included during the hotel stay in lima and Chavin de huatar. Rather than eating in larger tourist restaurants that are familiar with group menus, we will be experiencing unbelievably delicious traditional and typical Peruvian meals in Laetitia's favorite, smaller, local vegan restaurants for Chavin. In Lima, we will try to find nice peruvian food as well!!!
Everyone will have an opportunity to order directly and pay accordingly. Exceptional, yet reasonably priced food, is a beautiful part of this magical journey!
For the tips, I will recommand you to have in cash, USD dollar, $1,$2,$5 to give tips and Peruvian Soles as well.
