LISBON& SESIMBRA
Agapé Love Transformative Retreat – Portugal (Sesimbra & Lisbon)
Cacao, often referred to as the "food of the gods," is a powerful sacred plant medicine with deep spiritual and healing properties. Used for centuries in indigenous rituals across Central and South America, cacao is revered for its heart-opening qualities and its ability to facilitate emotional healing and clarity.
Unlike other plant medicines, cacao is gentle yet deeply transformative, offering a unique experience of emotional release, increased creativity, and connection to the divine. The medicine works by stimulating the release of endorphins and serotonin, which enhance feelings of joy, love, and gratitude.
During ceremonies, cacao invites participants to engage with their heart space, fostering a profound sense of inner peace, compassion, and unity with others. It is a medicine of awakening, helping individuals connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them, while promoting healing on both physical and emotional levels.
When pure cacao is combined with your spiritual practice, you can expect accelerated Inner Awakening and creative guidance.
We will have 2 ceremonies, opening and closing and daily cacao blessing ritual.
During this retreat, we will be in deep sacredness for nature, Mother Earth, and ourselves

“I first encountered psychedelics through the dance and music communities. A vibrant rave culture emerged in Vancouver in the 1990's. Performers visited from distant lands creating special moments of movement, connection and gathering. It was in these spaces that I began to learn about acceptance and embracing what makes each of us unique. As a young queer man, witnessing the freedom of affection in this culture gave me the courage to be authentic, to be seen. “
”While camping with loved ones, in the lush rainforests of coastal British Columbia, I was first initiated into the gift of deeper connection supported by plant medicines. Never before had I felt this connected with the world or my existence. It was with this special mind-set and beautiful natural setting that I first understood the gift these medicines hold to support the healing of myself and others.”
“During my studies in Existential Analysis and Internal Family Systems, I realised that some of the most healing spiritual and noetic experiences I had experienced happened while supported by natural medicines. When I later discovered Michael Pollen's books "How to Change Your Mind" and "This Is Your Mind on Plants", I felt called to advocate for other forms of healing. The expanded awareness and neuroplasticity that psychedelics provide us are such great gifts on our journeys of healing and personal growth.”Â
