Step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with your body through the warmth of fire and the freshness of water.
This intimate, two-hour experience invites you to slow down in the sauna, explore the cold plunge at your own pace, and notice the sensations that arise. With gentle guidance, you are encouraged to honour your limits and listen to your body throughout.
We close with a soothing sound bath and guided meditation—a spacious moment to rest, integrate the experience, and return to stillness.
A sauna is a heated space that warms the body and encourages sweating. Its comforting heat can ease muscle tension and invite relaxation—a moment to slow down, soften, and symbolically release what feels heavy.
A cold plunge is a brief immersion in cold water that awakens the senses and can leave you feeling refreshed and alert. It may also help ease muscle soreness after exercise. Spiritually, it offers an invitation into presence: noticing your breath, meeting sensations with awareness, and honouring your boundaries.
Alternating warmth, cold, and rest is often called contrast therapy. While research into its lasting health benefits is still developing, the experience can become a meaningful ritual of reconnection—a meeting of fire and water, energy and stillness.
Our experience closes with a soothing sound bath and guided meditation, creating space to rest, reflect, and carry that sense of presence into everyday life.
Safety Matters
Honouring your body also means respecting its limits. Cold water can suddenly increase breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure, and rapid transitions between intense heat and cold can strain the heart. Seek medical advice before participating if you have heart or circulation problems, uncontrolled blood pressure, are pregnant, or have another condition that may be affected by temperature changes.
Participation begins with health screening, and the cold plunge is always optional.
There is nothing to prove. Listen to your body, respect your limits, and move at your own pace.
A little glimpse of our Sauna !
A Sound Healing Bath is an immersion of vibration, frequency and resonance. With instruments specifically tuned to 432 Hertz, it creates a state of deep relaxation, for the harmonization of our body, mind and soul.
The frequency of 432 Hertz is known as the frequency of the Universe. Using a tone that corresponds perfectly with the natural harmony and rhythm of the cosmos, allows us to achieve higher levels of healing and consciousness. During a Sound Bath, you will feel calmer, happier and more relaxed; allowing you to enter a deeper state of meditation.
