SOUND BATH

Experience an immersion of vibration and frequency to harmonize your mind, body & soul.

What is a sound bath?

A Sound Healing Bath is an immersion of vibration, frequency and resonance. With instruments specifically tuned to 432 Hertz, it creates a state of deep relaxation, for the harmonization of our body, mind and soul.

The frequency of 432 Hertz is known as the frequency of the Universe. Using a tone that corresponds perfectly with the natural harmony and rhythm of the cosmos, allows us to achieve higher levels of healing and consciousness. During a Sound Bath, you will feel calmer, happier and more relaxed; allowing you to enter a deeper state of meditation.

What to expect during a Shamanic Sound Bath

While every Sound Bath is different, there are some general things one can expect when attending a sound bath: Most sound bath programs last 30 to 60 minutes. The sessions are led by Laetitia who is a sound bath practitioner trained in how to use various instruments — gongs, chimes, tuning forks, singing bowls — to facilitate meditation, relaxation and, ultimately, healing.

A safe, nourishing environment for you to connect with yourself, and other people in deeper ways than one can usually access when by yourself. The group will be led through a cacao blessing, where they learn about the cacao they are drinking, and how it was prepared. The Shamanic ceremonial cacao that one drinks in a ceremony was sourced, made, and prepared with love and intention. The Shaman will guide the group through various exercises and experiences based on the intentions of the event. Some examples of guided experiences are guided meditations, sound journeys, spirit animal retrieval, and journaling.

The general arc of a sound bath is there is some sort of opening and setting of the container, a shared group experience, and then a closing where you give thanks, and acknowledge what the group created during that time.

Himalayan/Tibetan Singing Bowls

Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind and soul.

The sounds generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease.

Healing processes are initiated through entraining our brainwaves to synchronize with the perfect resonance of the bowls. Unique tones create the perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuitive messages. The pure sonic waves that ring from Tibetan Singing Bowls wake up our ability to hear with more than our ears. We feel the sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls as much as we take it in with our ears.

"There is no organ system in the body that is not affected by sound, music, and vibration. You can look at disease as a form of disharmony."

Koshi Chimes

The Koshi chime is an authentic musical instrument, an original creation of high quality. Handmade in the foot of the Pyrenean mountains, each chime is the result of meticulous craftsmanship.

Eight chords are welded with silver into the metal plate at the base of the resonance tube. Precise tuning creates a play of clear tones that is rich in overtones. The overtones of the shorter chords gradually dominate and become fundamentals, thus forming a circular tone range.

The Koshi Chimes are gentley held by it's cord to create a crystalline relaxing sound that may leave you in quiet wonder.

Koshi Chimes have four melodic tunings inspired by the elements: Terra, Aqua, Aria, and Ignis. When sounding together the chimes roll in rich, harmonious overtones reminiscent of the elements’ coexistence in the sublunary sphere.

Crystal Pyramid

Using our sacred Geometry Pyramid can multiply the therapeutic outcome of a session by placing it above the field of the body. The spinning motion can focus the sound energy where it is needed. The enhanced energy field created by pyramids has become a popular field of study in recent decades as a powerful tool added to sound healing. Benefits of the Crystal bowl or Pyramid:

  • DNA activation balancing our energy field
  • Researchers noted a significant difference in the growth rate of plants beneath pyramids. Why not the internal growth of human.
  • Changes in the meditator's aura (electromagnetic field) have been noted with Kirlian photography - auras become brighter and larger.
  • Spending time underneath a crystal sounding pyramid altered alpha waves to become much stronger and meditation becoming deeper.
  • A crystal sound aids meditation because it focuses on harmonious energy while deflecting distracting energies
  • The crystal focuses positive energy within you

The common feelings of experiencing Crystal sounding Pyramid is one of calmness, peace, harmony, and relaxation, as well as mild euphoria, feelings of being "charged" with renewed energy, and a sense of detachment from our everyday concerns.

"I experienced one of the Sound Baths, meditation and new medicine tea with Laetitia and found out how to take time for myself to love myself and listen to all the different musical instruments and sing. It brings feelings to the surface that needs to be worked on. If you have not experienced the sound bowl meditation you should do it. The feeling you get when you're laying there listening to the different sounds and vibrations going through your body it heals you and brings joy and comfort. You meet some wonderful people too. Can’t wait to do it again!"

Kimberly McCullough

"I attended the Sound Bath meditations, spirit animal retrieval ceremony, and Shipibo medicine ceremony. My Shipibo experience was an awakening and a turning point in my life to begin to work through and integrate my past trauma. I would highly recommend working with Laetitia, Michael and the entire Wolfpac team if you are seeking to experience spiritual growth in your life."

"I participated in the Sound bath, meditations and learned how to listen to messages and then surrender to the sound bath to imprint that message and get into a state of meditation. After the ceremony, I was able to be relaxed for a full hour and tune everything else out. Laetitia has a soothing voice and a beautiful way of explaining things. "

"I experienced Plant medicine ceremony, sound bath, meditations, some cranio-sacral treatments. I learned about Trust, surrender, and the gifts that come when you stop struggling and resisting so hard, and relax into the journey. I learned that this is no "right" or "wrong" decision, only the constant of change, the shifting of possibilities. I learned to trust that things are unfolding as they should, and I learned that I have the capacity to make difficult decisions. I learned about the beauty, love, care, and compassion of community, interconnectedness, and the illusion of separateness. I felt very supported and cared for, and I felt that energy from ever being present. Because of this, I was able to be open and honest, raw and vulnerable, and in return, I felt I was able to extend that caring supportive energy to everyone else in return. I feel that the challenge of worrying about making decisions, big or small, (my residual perfectionism which hijacks my decision-making and occasionally paralyzes me) has been helped by my experience. "Feel the fear, acknowledge it, thank it for trying to protect you, release it, and move forward". I feel a shift in how I'm thinking about big decisions, how I'm approaching making decisions, and how I'm meeting the fear of the unknown. This was a truly magical experience that I felt honored to be a part of. The people leading the ceremony are truly meant for this kind of healing work, their reverence for the traditions and people from which the medicine comes is deeply felt, and they create a beautiful safe container for everyone present. Soundbath, flower bath, and cranio-sacral treatments were also included, and anyone who has to opportunity to participate in Ceremony with Laetitia and Michael is truly blessed."

Tingsha

Also referred to as Tibetan prayer bells, tingsha consists of a pair of small metal cymbals held together by a leather string. They produce a pleasant, melodious ringing on contact. They are typically used to begin and end a meditation or yoga session. They can also be used as a diagnostic tool in sound healing sessions to denote dense energy around the physical and subtle body.

Crystal Singing Bowl

These Quartz Clear Crystal Singing Bowls are a beautiful tool to use for healing and sound therapies. Because of our crystalline body resonance, these Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls have a handle that allows us to respond deeply to the sound practitioner and crystal sound therapy. They are great to position above one's body.

Gongs

Gongs belong to the oldest and most important musical instruments of South East Asia. Their origins may be traced back to the second millennium B.C., but it is assumed that the gong is much older.

In Chinese history, gongs are mentioned around 500 A.D., attributed to a nation called HSI YU between Tibet and Burma during the reign of Emperor Hsuan Wu. Historic research provides us with four main centers - Burma, China, Annam, Java - at least 7 gong shapes and sound structures stem from these regions. Only few families knew the tradition of gong making as it was passed from generation to generation.

The art of making gongs was veiled in a sense of magic. Gong makers believed that a gong could only succeed with the help of higher powers, and that they were exposed to forces more so than ordinary humans.

The gong was an important element in the lives of Far East people and is still in some countries today. In Asian families, the gong was an attribute of wealth and served as a status symbol.

In rites, the gong was used in the evocation of ghosts and in the banning of demons. Touching a gong brought you fortune and strength.

In rituals of the Far East, the gong has retained its special significance to this day. As a musical instrument, the gong accompanied celebrations, funeral ceremonies, songs, and theatre plays.
